With the increasing application of wind power generation,higher quality requirements for motor manufacturing enterprises are put forward.According to the quality control situation and existing problems of 42 Cr Mo rotor and Q235 web welding of large wind power generator,through the use of reasonable welding tooling,assembly and welding processes,the welding quality and welding deformation are effectively controlled to ensure the performance of the motor rotor,providing reference and reference for the welding of similar motor rotor.
