摘要
针对6 mm厚5A06-H112铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接过程中轴向压力的变化进行正交试验,采用自制的搅拌摩擦焊轴向压力测力平台得到了焊接过程中工艺参数对轴向压力的影响规律。结果表明:在保持其他焊接工艺参数恒定的条件下,搅拌摩擦焊接过程的轴向压力随搅拌工具旋转速度的增加而减小,随焊接速度的增加而增大,随下压量的增加而增大;搅拌工具旋转速度对轴向压力的影响程度最大,焊接速度次之,下压量影响程度最小;当轴向压力大于4.8 k N时,焊缝力学性能良好。
Abstract
According to the orthogonal test of the axial pressure in the 6 mm thick 5 A06-H112 aluminum alloy friction stir welding process,the influence of the process parameters on the axial pressure in the welding process was obtained by using the self-made friction stir welding axial pressure measuring platform.The results show that under the condition of other parameters constant the axial force decreases with the increase of FSW tool rotation speed,increases with the increase of welding speed and pressure.The rotational speed of the stirring tool has the greatest influence on the axial pressure,followed by the welding speed and the pressure is the least.When the axial force is more than 4.8 k N,the mechanical performance is good.
