Effect of welding heat input on low temperature impact properties of low alloy high strength steel welding rod CHE607QR weld metal
摘要
通过改变焊接热输入,采用金相显微镜分析研究焊接热输入对球形容器用低合金高强钢CHE607QR焊条焊缝金属力学性能及组织的影响。结果表明,焊缝低温冲击性能随着焊接热输入量的增大而先增加后降低,焊接热输入达到49 k J/cm时,焊缝低温冲击出现低值;焊接热输入小于等于42 k J/cm时,焊缝低温冲击性能较优。
Abstract
Through the change of welding heat input,the effect of welding heat input on the mechanical properties and microstructure of weld metal of low alloy high-strength steel CHE607 QR for spherical vessel was investigated by metallographic microscope.The result shows that,the low temperature impact performance of the weld increases first and then decreases with the increase of the welding heat input.When the welding heat input is up to 49 k J/cm,the low temperature impact of weld seam occurs;the heat input of welding is less than 42 k J/cm,the low temperature impact performance of the welding seam is better.
