Double wire submerge arc welding without back chipping technology on pressure-bearing equipment
According to the optimized welding parameters,weld test plates are welded and related mechanical properties are tested.Finally,three aspects of the welding process properties,mechanical properties,production efficiency and energy consumptions are analyzed reasonably.This article provides a technical reference for the application of double wire submerge arc welding on longitudinal and circumferential seam welding of pressure-bearing equipment through the welding test.Compared with conventional single wire submerged arc welding,the technology of double wire submerge arc welding without back chipping can improve the working environment and reduce the manufacturing cost,which has positive social benefits at the same time.
