Considering different deformation conditions including various specifications,mechanical properties(such as yield ratio,uniform elongation,etc.) and internal pressure of X75 submarine steel pipeline,ultimate stress and strain was analyzed during the tensile deformation process by using ANSYS software.The results showed that,the ultimate stress overall increased gradually but the ultimate strain showed an overall decreasing trend with the increase of strain rate when the pressure was constant;the ultimate stress and limit strain overall showed a gradually increasing trend with the increase of internal pressure when the strain rate was constant;the ultimate stress and strain decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of yield ratio,while they showed a different trend with the change of stiffness.This change was in accordance with the practical condition.The simulation results were reliably and could provide a reference for the industrial production.
