摘要

利用光学显微镜(OM)、显微维氏硬度计和拉伸试验机观察与分析高速列车车体用A6N01铝合金脉冲冷金属过渡(P-CMT)焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能。试验结果表明:P-CMT焊接接头的焊缝为典型树枝晶铸态组织,熔合区靠近焊缝一侧为柱状晶组织,靠近基体一侧为等轴晶组织。距离焊缝中心约10 mm处为热影响区软化区。焊接接头的抗拉强度平均值为203 MPa,断后伸长率A60平均值为11.09%。焊接接头的薄弱环节为焊缝区和热影响区的软化区。

Abstract

The microstructure and mechanical properties of A6N01 aluminum alloy pulse cold metal transfer（P-CMT） welded joints are observed and analyzed by OM, microhardness and tensile testers. The results show that the weld of P-CMT welded joint is a typical dendritic crystal cast structure. The side of bond close to the weld is a columnar crystal structure, while the side close to the substrate is an equiaxed grain structure. The softening zone of heat affected zone about 10 mm from the center of the weld. The average tensile strength of welded joints is 203 MPa,and the average elongation after fracture A60 is 11.09%. The weld zone and the softening zone of the HAZ are the weak links of the welded joint.
