摘要

利用高压试验舱模拟水下高压干法焊接环境,研究环境湿度对GMAW接头力学性能的影响规律。母材选用低碳钢Q235C,在其他工艺参数相同的条件下,针对低、中、高三档不同的环境湿度,分别进行V型坡口GMAW对接焊试验,并对焊接接头进行拉伸、弯曲和夏比冲击测试分析。结果表明:在高压环境下,环境湿度的变化对焊接接头的弯曲性能影响较小,但随着环境湿度增大,焊接接头的抗拉强度有所增加,焊接接头的冲击韧性降低。

Abstract

The influence of environmental humidity on the mechanical properties of GMAW joint was studied in a hyperbaric test chamber which was used to simulate underwater hyperbaric welding. The low carbon steel Q235C was used as base metal,and V-groove butt welding tests with GMAW were carried out under low,medium and high environmental humidities with other process parameters unchanged. Then,tensile,bending and charpy impact tests and analyses were performed to the joints. The results showed that the change of environmental humidity had little effect on bending performance of the joint,but tensile strength of the joint was increased and impact toughness of the joint was reduced with the increase of the environmental humidity.
