摘要

针对东海海域某油气田成功研发了一套新型立管系统,其开发策略和施工经验对后续类似边际油气田的开发具有一定的借鉴意义。分析此新型立管系统的特点,介绍其在焊接和安装作业中(诸如焊接作业空间、焊接组对以及立管吊装下放等)诸多难点,并对该新型立管系统海上焊接安装作业中的关键技术以及难题和解决方案进行系统归纳和总结。

Abstract

The marginal field has successfully developed and implemented a new type riser system in the East China Sea,its development strategy and construction experience has a certain reference for the development of follow-up similar marginal fields. The characteristics of this new type riser system are analyzed,and the difficulties in welding and installation are introduced,such as welding operating area,fitting up,and riser lifting and overboarding,and so on. The key technologies,operation problems and solutions of this new type riser system in offshore welding and installation are summarized.
