In case of vertical sidewall of aluminum high-speed train,overall welding workpieces are analyzed whose flatness and vertical degree cannot meet the requirements. The workpieces can be qualified after mechanical adjustment and fire adjustment for several times. While welding deformation of workpieces who use a variety of controlling methods can be controlled effectively thus meeting the requirements without adjustment or little. This method can not only improve the product quality and production efficiency but also reduce waste emission. Guidance can be provided for production of other workpieces.
