Analysis on the cause of linear misalignment in the welding process of aluminum alloy profiles for railway vehicles
The welding test was conducted or carried out on one profile component of one railway vehicle,and the results were measured and analyzed. The effect of size precision,the quality of assembling,the strength of tack welding and the profile section on the linear misalignment in the process of welding of aluminum alloy profiles for railway vehicles were synthetically discussed,at the same time,the reasonable profile section was proposed,which can effectively avoid the generation probability of linear misalignment and improve the welding quality and the production efficiency.
