摘要

磁极盒结构是永磁电机制作过程中的重要结构,其焊接的可靠性对电机的稳定运行产生直接影响。采用激光焊焊接磁极盒的罩壳(316L不锈钢)和基板(Q345D),对焊接好的磁极盒进行密封性测试、机械振动测试和冷热冲击测试,再对磁极盒进行密封性测试,对焊接接头进行渗透探伤、金相检测和硬度检测。结果显示,采用激光焊焊接的磁极盒密封性合格,焊接接头探伤无裂纹,焊接接头金相检测和组织硬度检测均合格。

Abstract

Magnetic pole box structure is an important structure in the production of permanent magnet motor. Its welding reliab-ility has a direct influence on the stable operation of the motor. Laser welding were used to weld the shell（316 L stainless steel） and substrate（Q345 D） of magnetic pole box. The sealing,mechanical vibration and thermal shock of welded magnetic pole box were tested. Magnetic pole box were sealed and the weld seam were examined by penetration,metallography and hardness. The results show that the sealing property of the magnetic pole box with laser welding were qualified,there were no crack in the inspection of the weld,the metallography test and the microstructure hardness test were all qualified.
