摘要

介绍高速列车焊接作业厂房焊接污染物的治理难点,焊接污染物成分、粒径分布和危害;分析整体厂房分层送风的原理及优势。通过整体厂房分层送风在高速列车焊接作业厂房的成功应用,得出结论:整体厂房分层送风能够为焊接作业厂房提供一个良好的热舒适性环境,并能提高车间内的空气品质。

Abstract

This paper introduces the governance problems of welding pollutants for high speed train welding. This paper introduces the welding pollutant composition,particle size distribution and harm;This paper introduces the principle and advantages of displacement ventilation;Through the successful application of displacement ventilation in the high speed train welding workshop,the conclusions as follows:displacement ventilation can provide a good thermal comfort environment for welding workshop,and can improve the air quality in the workshop.
