摘要

采用316L不锈钢在Q235A基板上进行TIG填丝增材制造成形试验,研究不锈钢增材制造成形工艺,分析不锈钢增材制造成形件的显微组织。结果表明:通过调整焊接电流、打印速度、送丝速度等工艺参数,可以实现不锈钢电弧增材制造成形,成形件具有致密度高、尺寸精度和表面质量较好等优点,其显微组织为柱状枝晶形态的奥氏体,顶部枝晶尺寸相对较小。

Abstract

Wire and arc additive manu facturing was carried out by using 316 L wire on Q235 A steel plate,and the effects on the forming were investigated. The microstructure of stainless steel material was analyzed. The results show that the stainless steel wire and arc additive manufacturing forming can be realized by adjusting the welding current,welding speed and wire feeding speed. The forming material has the advantages of high density,good dimensional accuracy and better surface quality,and its microstructure is austenite in the form of columnar dendrites,and the top dendrites are relatively small in size.
