In order to improve the welding quality of the reactor control rod guide cylinder assembly,the experiences in the welding production process of the control rod guide cylinder assembly are summarized,and the assembly welding procedure of key welds,the control of welding deformation,and the processing and manufacturing of key components are analyzed. From the aspects of welding consumables management,welder qualification,welding procedure control,welding process control,rewelding and so on,combining with the actual production,the quality control points in the welding production process of the control rod guide cylinder assembly are obtained.
