Study on remelting characteristic of TIG welding of 00Cr18Ni10N stainless steel and weld surface
In order to study the weldability and repairable weldability of 00Cr18Ni10N austenitic stainless steel and ultra-low carbon stainless steel,surface remelting of the material and its weld is carried out by TIG welding. The effect of remelting times(time) on the hardness,micro-metallographic structure,ferrite content and surface oxide of the material are analyzed. The results show that when the remelting times(time)increase,the ferrite content,weld metallographic structure,hardness and intergranular corrosion properties of the three zones of the weld have no obvious change,and the oxide formed by the remelting of the weld surface is insoluble in some conventional acid pickling solutions.
