摘要

采用GLEEBLE3800试验机进行焊接热模拟实验,研究了冷却时间t,12/8,对SAF2507钢模拟焊接热影响区（HAZ）微观组织转变的影响规律。结果表明:随着冷却时间t,12/8,的增加,铁素体晶内及晶界处析出了二次奥氏体和魏氏体状奥氏体,初始奥氏体组织由长条状逐渐转变成粗大的树枝状或羽毛状,最终相互交集在一起形成网状结构;当t,12/8,增加至69 s时,在α/γ相界和α/α晶界处发现有χ相析出。

Abstract

In this paper,the effect of the cooling time t,12/8, on microstructural transformation of the SAF2507 heat affected zone（HAZ）,which was simulated by GLEEBLE3800 thermal simulation machine was studied. The results indicated that secondary austenite and Widmanstatten austenite made the precipitation increased in the ferrite grain and grain boundary with the increase of cooling time t,12/8,Meanwhile,the banded austenite gradually grew up and transformed into dendritic or plume,eventually form a net structure with the increase of cooling time of t,12/8,. When the cooling time of t,12/8, added to 69 seconds,the intermetallic phase which was χ phase precipitated at the boundary between α/γ and α/α.
