摘要

主承压焊缝的焊接是核岛汽发生器制造过程中关键工艺。对核岛蒸汽发生器低合金钢高强度钢材料18MND5与SA508Gr3Cl2分别采用焊条电弧焊与埋弧焊进行焊接试验,对比分析两种材料在不同焊接工艺下的化学成分与力学性能,建议补充对比分析结论。结果表明:18MND5与SA508Gr3Cl2的焊条电弧焊和埋弧焊试板的拉伸性能良好,试验性能稳定,均能满足相关标准设计要求。

Abstract

The welding for main pressure-retaining welds is a key procedure in the manufacturing of nuclear island steam generator.The welding experiments of SAW and SMAW for 18MND5 and SA508Gr3Cl2 are respectively performed. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of these two materials under different welding procedures are compared and analyzed. The results show that the test pieces of 18MND5 and SA508Gr3Cl2 with SAW and SMAW have good tensile property and stable test performance, and both can meet the related standard design requirements.
