If railway vehicles run fast and smoothly, the bogie frame is the most important bearing part. The quality of the bogie frame directly affects the operation safety of train. The existing welding technology of railway vehicles beam,side beam and bogie frame are introduced and improved. By changing the welding sequence of beam,side beam and bogie frame,the welding modularization is realized. By guaranteeing the accuracy of welding and postweld repair method,the processing quantity of all parts on the bogie frame is within the tolerance range,and the phenomenon of repair welding is eliminated.
