Under the programming environment of LabVIEW,a set of arc welding parameters measurement and control system is developed by using NI USB-6215 multi-function data acquisition card,which can control the output of DC,pulse,sinusoidal wave and other required waveforms. Meanwhile,current and voltage signals in the welding process can be collected and saved,and their waveforms can be displayed in real time. The saved signal can be played back and analyzed by filtering,statistics,UI and so on. The system provides a more intuitional basis for analyzing the entire welding process,realizing waveform control and energy control,and is beneficial to the technology testing and optimization of the welding process.
