In view of short of initiative of accepting innovation and entrepreneurship education and the lack of individualized development of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities for university students,Nanchang Hangkong University and Chongqing University of Science and Technology apply the concept of "Party Construction Plus" to the second class construction of innovative and entrepreneurship talents training for welding technology and engineering major. It aims to strengthen the role of the second class in the innovation and entrepreneurship talent training. Through the construction of the "three-three-two" double-creation talent training system,efforts have been made to improve the enthusiasm of university students to accept innovation and entrepreneurship education,strengthen the practice of double-creationeducation,and improve the double-creation ability of welding technology and engineering major students.
