Research status and development direction of friction stir welding technology for Al-Li alloy
Al-Li alloy is a new type of aluminum alloy with low density,high specific strength and corrosion resistance. It is an ideal material for realizing lightweight in aerospace field. Friction stir welding technology,as a new solid-phase joining technology,can effectively reduce the defects such as porosity and thermal cracks in fusion welding of al-li alloy,and has a wide application prospect in the field of al-li alloy welding. The friction stir welding technology of al-li alloy,the microstructure and properties of welded joints and the research status at home and abroad are summarized,and the future development of friction stir welding technology of al-li alloy is prospected.
