摘要

针对镍基合金复合管传统焊接工艺效率低、埋弧焊易产生微裂纹的难题，以API 5L X65+Inconel 625双金属复合管为研究对象，提出了GTAW（钨极氩弧焊）与FCAW-G（药芯焊丝气体保护焊）组合的高效可靠焊接方法。通过优化坡口设计、焊接工艺参数、选用合适的保护气体以及严格的焊接过程控制，结合宏观分析、力学性能分析（拉伸试验、弯曲试验、硬度试验、低温冲击试验）、根部化学成分分析及耐腐蚀性分析，充分地验证了该工艺的可行性。宏观金相显示焊接质量良好，无缺陷；抗拉强度为629 MPa，断裂在母材位置；硬度值最高为288 HV10，远低于项目限值350 HV10；焊缝及热影响区分别满足-196 ℃和-46 ℃的冲击要求；根部位置化学成分分析满足标准及项目要求，且Fe含量为0.83%，远低于项目限值10%，焊缝稀释率较低，PREN值为52.26，满足最低45的要求；ASTM G28方法A晶间腐蚀测试结果为0.738 mm/y，满足项目接受标准≤0.914 mm/y，耐腐蚀性良好。目前，该工艺已成功应用于某中东油气项目，焊接一次合格率达100%。该研究为镍基复合管的GTAW+FCAW-G焊接工艺的规模化应用提供了理论与实践依据，具有极高的工程应用及推广价值。

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of traditional welding process and easy micro-cracks in submerged arc welding

an efficient and reliable welding method combining GTAW and FCAW-G was proposed for API 5L X65+Inconel 625 bimetallic composite pipe. Through optimization of groove design

welding parameters

selection of appropriate protective gas and strict welding process control

combined with macro analysis

mechanical properties analysis (tensile test

bending test

hardness test

low temperature impact test)

root chemical composition analysis and corrosion resistance analysis

the feasibility of the process is fully verified. Macroscopic metallography shows that the welding quality is good

no defects; The tensile strength is 629 MPa and the fracture is in the base metal area. The maximum hardness value is 288 HV10

much lower than the project limit of 350 HV10; Weld and heat affected zone meet the impact requirements of -196 ℃ and -46 ℃ respectively. The chemical composition analysis of the root position met the standards and project requirements

the Fe content was 0.83%

far lower than the project limit of 10% and the dilution rate of the weld was low

the PREN value was 52.26

meeting the minimum requirement of 45; ASTM G28 Method A intergranular corrosion test result is 0.738 mm/y

which meets the project acceptance standard ≤0.914 mm/y and has good corrosion resistance. At present

the process has been successfully applied to a Middle East oil and gas project

and the pass rate of welding is 100%. This study provides theoretical and practical basis for the large-scale application of GTAW+FCAW-G welding process for nickel-based composite pipes

and has high engineering application and popularization value.
