摘要

结合学校的人才培养方案指导意见，构建“产教融合+科教融合+专创融合”的人才培养模式。校企共同制定人才培养方案，构建了三层实践教学体系及校企联动开展资质培训，实现资质培训和学历教育统一。基于学科平台实现资源共享，科研融汇教学，提升学生的创新思维。设置专创教育模块，基于学科专业学科竞赛及创新创业训练项目，提升学生创新创业能力。通过培养模式和课程体系构建，解决了学生专业功底与应用实践能力结合薄弱的问题。

Abstract

Based on the guidance of the school's talent training program

this article constructs a talent training model of "integration of industry and education+integration of science and education+integration of specialization and innovation". The school and enterprise jointly formulated a talent training plan

established a three-tier practical teaching system

and carried out qualification training through school enterprise cooperation

achieving the unity of qualification training and academic education. Based on the disciplinary platform

resource sharing

integration of scientific research and teaching can be achieved to enhance students' innovative thinking. Set up a specialized innovation education module

based on subject competitions and innovation and entrepreneurship training programs

to enhance students' innovation and entrepreneurship abilities. By constructing a training model and curriculum system

the problem of weak integration between students' professional skills and practical application abilities has been solved.
