为克服传统熔化焊工艺对Cr涂层锆合金包壳管焊接的局限性，采用自主研发的压力电阻焊设备，实现了Cr涂层锆合金包壳管与端塞的可靠连接。通过微观组织分析、力学性能测试和腐蚀性能评估，证实了该工艺的适用性和优势。研究发现，焊接过程中Cr涂层保持完整，未发生熔化、开裂或脱落，且未观察到明显的Cr元素扩散。此外，爆破试验和拉伸试验结果表明焊接接头具有优异的力学性能，断裂均发生在母材区，证实了接头的可靠性和强度。水腐蚀试验进一步证实了Cr涂层在高温高压水环境中的优异抗腐蚀性能，有效抑制了腐蚀介质扩散，且未出现TIG焊缝常见的涂层开裂和脱落现象。压力电阻焊工艺的低热输入、快速焊接速度和低变形率等优势，使其成为Cr涂层锆合金包壳管批量生产的理想选择。本研究为提高核燃料棒束的安全性和可靠性提供了重要的技术支持，并为相关材料的焊接工艺研究提供了新的思路。
In order to overcome the limitations of traditional fusion welding processes for Cr-coated zirconium alloy cladding tubes
a self-developed pressure resistance welding equipment was used to achieve reliable connections between Cr-coated zirconium alloy cladding tubes and end plugs. Through microstructure analysis
mechanical property testing
and corrosion performance evaluation
the applicability and advantages of this process were confirmed. The study found that the Cr coating remained intact during the welding process
with no melting
cracking
or peeling
and no obvious diffusion of Cr elements was observed. In addition
burst tests and tensile tests showed that the welded joints had excellent mechanical properties
with fractures occurring in the base material area
confirming the reliability and strength of the joints. Water corrosion tests further confirmed the excellent corrosion resistance of the Cr coating in high-temperature and high-pressure water environments
effectively inhibiting the diffusion of corrosive media
and no coating cracking or peeling commonly seen in TIG welds was observed. The advantages of low heat input
fast welding speed
and low deformation rate of the pressure resistance welding process make it an ideal choice for mass production of Cr-coated zirconium alloy cladding tubes. This study provides important technical support for improving the safety and reliability of nuclear fuel rod bundles and provides new ideas for the study of welding processes for related materials.
