在长输供热管网建设建设过程中,管道安装效率是影响工程进度的决定因素,提升管道焊接效率和焊接质量是确保工程进度及施工质量的重要措施。针对呼和浩特长输热力管网焊接工况,开展了大口径供热管道全位置自动焊系统的工程现场应用研究。通过可自适应管径的柔性导轨、行走驱动系统、长行程焊枪姿态调整机构、高速异构网络实时控制系统、数字化焊接电源及移动工作站的模块化集成,利用全位置焊接系统的预设工艺参数功能和全位置参数自动调用,实现了大口径长输热力管道的全位置焊接。在托克托至呼和浩特供热管道第五工区进行了工程应用,结果表明:热力管道自动焊接设备的使用降低了焊接工人的劳动强度,提高了焊接质量,大幅度缩短了焊接工期。为热力管道工程使用管道自动焊接设备的应用推广提供了宝贵的经验。
In the long-distance heat supply pipeline network construction construction process

the all-position automatic welding system for large-diameter heating pipes developed by Beijing Institute of Petroleum and Chemical Technology was selected for the engineering field application research. Through the modular integration of the flexible guide rail that can be adapted to the diameter of the pipe
the traveling drive system
the long-stroke torch attitude adjustment mechanism
the real-time control system of high-speed heterogeneous network
the digital welding power source and the mobile workstation
the all-position welding system can be utilized for the modularization of the process parameters presetting function and the welding quality adjustment mechanism. The system's preset process parameter function and all-position parameter automatic call to realize the all-position welding of large-caliber long-distance heat pipe. In the Toktor to Hohhot heating pipeline in the fifth engineering application
the results show that: the use of automatic welding equipment for thermal pipelines reduces the labor intensity of welders
improves the quality of welding
and significantly shortens the welding period. For the heat pipeline project using pipeline automatic welding equipment application promotion provides valuable experience.
