旨在探讨焊接企业国际认证对国际标准焊接工艺规程（WPS）的技术要求，并分析如何高质量创建及应用WPS，以实现其在焊接生产中的高效应用。以ISO 3834/EN 15085为例，分析了不同认证等级对WPS的技术要求，并全面介绍WPS的发展现状、制订和评定流程，以ISO 15609-1为例详细说明了WPS的技术内容，并展示WPS参考范本。要高质量创建及应用WPS，需要确保其完整性和有效性，并具有良好的焊接生产可实施性。此外，还需要建立并运行焊接质量管理体系，不断提升焊接管理水平，充分发挥焊接责任人员的监督和管理作用，以持续优化WPS，实现其在焊接生产中的高质量应用。
This paper aims to discuss the technical requirements of international standard welding procedure specifications (WPS) for welding enterprises with international certification and analyzes how to create and apply WPS with high quality to achieve their efficient application in welding production. Taking ISO3834/EN15085 as examples
the paper analyzes the technical requirements of different certification levels for WPS
fully introduces the current development
formulation
and evaluation processes of WPS
and elaborates on the technical content of WPS with ISO15609-1 as an example
showing a reference template for WPS. To create and apply WPS with high quality
it is necessary to ensure their completeness and effectiveness and have good feasibility for welding production. In addition
it is essential to establish and operate a welding quality management system
continuously improve the level of welding management
give full play to the supervision and management role of welding responsible personnel
and continuously optimize WPS to achieve their high-quality application in welding production.
