目前国内堆内构件吊篮筒体的纵缝与环缝主要采用埋弧自动焊焊接,所用焊材均为进口焊材,因此国产化不锈钢焊丝-焊剂的应用研究十分重要。本研究通过试板焊接验证国产焊材的综合性能,包括力学性能、工艺性能,并与进口焊材进行对比分析。结果表明,国产不锈钢埋弧焊丝焊剂(CHW-308LHRN+CHF601HR)在室温力学性能上略优于进口焊材,高温力学性能相当,δ铁素体含量与进口焊材相当,耐晶间腐蚀性能同样优秀。此外,国产焊材的焊接工艺性能虽与进口焊材存在少许差异,但已能满足使用要求。因此,国产不锈钢埋弧焊丝焊剂可以用于堆内构件主体焊缝的焊接,具有广阔的市场前景和应用潜力。
At present
the longitudinal and circular seams of the in-vessel components hoisting cylinder body are mainly welded by submerged arc automatic welding
and all the welding materials used are imported welding materials
so the application research of domestic stainless steel welding wires and welding flux is very important. This study verifies the comprehensive properties of domestic welding materials through plate welding tests
including mechanical properties and process properties
and compares them with imported welding materials. The results show that the mechanical properties of domestic stainless steel submerged arc welding wires and flux at room temperature are slightly better than those of imported welding materials
the high-temperature mechanical properties are comparable
the δ-ferrite content is similar to that of imported welding materials
and the intergranular corrosion resistance is also excellent. In addition
although there are some differences in the welding process performance of domestic welding materials compared with imported ones
they can meet the usage requirements. Therefore
domestic stainless steel submerged arc welding wires and flux can be used for the welding of the main seams of in-vessel components
with broad market prospects and application potential.
