摘要

采用焊接试验与焊接数值仿真相结合的方法对镀锌钢板CuSi3焊丝激光钎焊焊接温度场进行研究，使用高斯面热源和旋转高斯体热模型构成的组合热源模型对温度场数值模型进行计算，根据试验和数值计算结果分析激光钎焊过程中焊接线能量对接头显微组织及温度场分布的影响规律。焊接接头母材区主要为尺寸均匀的细密等轴晶，而焊接热影响区主要为垂直于温度场等温线并朝向热源方向生长的柱状晶，柱状晶的宽度随着靠近热源在不断生长；随着焊接线能量的提升，焊接接头截面的钎缝深宽比也展现出增大的规律；表面焊缝中心温度场分布梯度较小，焊接线能量对焊缝中心峰值温度影响不大；焊缝边缘贴近母材区域温度在四种试验参数下均高于锌镀层沸点，从而导致焊接试件表面产生气孔。

Abstract

The welding temperature field of CuSi3 welding wire laser brazing of galvanized steel sheet was studied by combining welding experiment and welding numerical simulation. The combined heat source model composed of Gaussian surface heat source and rotating Gaussian body heat model was used to calculate the numerical model of the temperature field

and the effect of the welding line energy on the microstructure of the welded joint and the effect of temperature field distribution during the laser brazing process was analyzed according to the experimental and numerical calculation results. The experimental results show that the base metal BM (basic mental

BM) of the welded joint is mainly distributed as fine equiaxed grains with uniform size

while the HAZ (heat affect zone

HAZ) area is mainly distributed columnar grains that the growth direction is perpendicular to the temperature field isotherm and towards the heat source; with the increase of welding line energy

the aspect ratio of the welded joint also shows an increasing law; the temperature field distribution gradient in the center of the surface weld is small

and the welding line energy has little effect on the peak temperature of the weld center; the temperature of the weld edge close to the base metal is higher than the boiling point of the zinc coating under all parameters

which leads to the formation of holes on the surface of specimens.
