摘要

在轨道客车转向架中厚板的焊接中，传统MAG焊存在热输入高、熔透性不佳、焊接变形大等不足，激光电弧复合焊熔透性好、焊接热输入小、变形易控制，在诸多领域实现了工程化应用，具有较好的应用前景。结合转向架侧梁激光电弧复合焊无坡口角焊缝的结构特点开发新工艺，解决了原检测方法无法对转向架侧梁激光电弧复合焊角焊缝全面扫查的工艺难点。超声波检测技术可以准确检测出这种焊缝内部各种缺陷，实现了该焊缝的全覆盖，为合理制定无损检测工艺提供了依据。

Abstract

Laser arc hybrid welding technology is one of the new welding technologies vigorously studied andpromoted by several major manufacturing plants of CRRC in recent years

especially for some shortcomings oftraditional MAG welding of medium and thick plates of railway car bogies. Laser arc hybrid welding has a goodapplication prospect. It has good penetration

small welding heat input and easy deformation control

and has beenapplied in many fields.Combined with the structural characteristics of the laser arc hybrid welding fillet weld ofthe side beam of the railway car bogie

a new process is developed

It solves the technical difficulty that theoriginal detection method cannot 才omprehensivescan the fillet weld of the bogie side beam by laser arc hybridwelding。Ultrasonic testing technology can accurately detect the internal defects of this kind of weld

and realizethe full coverage of the weld

which provides a basis for the rational formulation of nondestructive testingtechnology.
