摘要

为探究手工焊时不同焊接运条方式对接头堆焊层界面附近组织和性能的影响，采用焊条电弧焊在16Mn管口端面进行E318-15不锈钢堆焊，在电流、电压相同前提下其中半圈沿圆周环向施焊，剩余半圈沿径向施焊（横焊）。堆焊完成后分别在环焊区和横焊区取样，观察二者在成分、组织、显微硬度方面的差异。结果显示前3层熔敷金属横焊试样所含Cr、Ni、Mo、Nb、V、Si比环焊试样高，二者含量最大比值分别为：144%、136%、116%、136%、150%、111%；同时所含C含量较低，最大比值为52%；横焊试样和环焊试样熔敷金属侧组织基本相同，而熔合线两侧组织不同；在基材侧环焊试样具有更窄的晶粒粗化区，且在部分区域发现魏氏组织。这是由于焊接方式不同造成压道量、焊接速度差异，导致母材稀释率、热输入改变，从而引起接头堆焊界面附近组织及性能的差异。

Abstract

Electrode E318-15 was overlaid on the end of a pipe(16Mn) by manual electrode arc welding under the same current and voltage

half of the circle is welded along the circumferential direction

and the remaining half circle is welded along the radial direction(horizontal welding). After welding

samples were taken from the ring welding area and the horizontal welding area

to obtain the differences between chemical composition

microstruction

and microhardness. The results show that the samples from horizontal welding area have a higher content of Cr

Si elements

as the maximum ratios are 144%

but a lower content of C element，as the maximum ratio is 52%. On the side of deposit layer

microstruction are mainly the same

but it is obviously different on both sides of the fusion line. On the base material side of the girth welded specimens have a narrower grain coarsening zone

and meanwhile some Widmanstatten structure is discovered among this zone. Because of the different welding methods

the difference in the amount of pass and the welding speed will lead to the change of the dilution ratio and heat input of the base metal

which will lead to the difference in the microstructure and properties near the surfacing interface of the joint.
