摘要

中介机匣在焊接过程中极易发生变形，从而影响零件质量及装配过程。为减少焊接变形，通常采用电子束焊进行连接，但常规的单电子束焊依然无法解决变形量大的问题。基于SYSWELD软件，采用单电子束相隔180 °焊接、双电子束相隔180°焊接、双电子束相隔90°焊接三种焊接顺序，并进行相应的温度场、应力场和焊接变形的模拟分析，分析三种焊接顺序对薄壁复杂结构焊接变形的影响。结果表明，单电子束焊接的不均匀温度场导致了较大的焊接变形；双电子束焊接的焊接温度场比单电子束焊接更有对称性，而且焊接变形更小。相隔180°与相隔90°相比，温度场分布与焊接变形更为均匀，因此，双电子束对称焊更适合焊接易变形的薄壁结构，研究结果为国内企业进行装备升级及双电子束焊研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract

It is easy for the intermediate case to deform during welding

thus affecting the quality of parts and assembly process. Electron beam welding is usually used to join the intermediate case to reduce the welding deformation

but the conventional single electron beam welding still can not solve the problem of large deformation

which affects the manufacturing of the whole aero engine. In this paper

the temperature fields

stress fields and deformations of aero-engine case welded by single electron beam with 180 ° apart

double electron beams with 180° apart and double electron beams with 90 ° apart respectively are simulated by using SYSWELD. Finally

the influence of these methods on the welding deformation of thin-walled complex structures is studied. The results show that the non-uniform temperature field of single electron beam welding results in large welding deformation. The temperature field of double electron beam welding is more symmetrical than that of single electron beam welding and has less welding distortion. Therefore

double-electron beam welding is more suitable for welding thin-walled structure which is easily deformed. The research results provide theoretical basis for equipment upgrade and double-electron beam welding research in domestic enterprises.
