摘要

金属型材的切割在我国的基础建设和智能制造领域中占有重要的地位。近年来因劳动力短缺、劳动力成本急剧上升、节能环保要求日益苛刻

传统切割技术和运行模式已无法满足用户提出的新需求。本文基于物联网、云服务、大数据、工业总线、核心部件数字化控制技术

研发和完成了具有自主知识产权的金属切割远程运维系统和示范工程

可显著提高劳动生产效率

减轻劳动强度

改善脏乱差的工作环境

降低对操作人员的技术要求。对我国金属切割领域的无人化工厂建设具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。

Abstract

Metal cutting plays an important role in the fields of infrastructure and intelligent manufacturing in China.However

traditional metal cutting techniques can no longer satisfy the user’s new demands

which are caused by labor shortages

a sharp increase in labor costs

and the harsh requirements for energy conservation and environmental protection. In order to increase production efficiency and alleviate labor intensity

this paper proposes a remote operation and maintenance system for the metal cutting machines. This system makes full use of Internet of Things

cloud services

big data

industrial bus

and digital control technique. It can reduce the technical requirements for operators and improve the dirty working environment

which is valuable for the development of the metal cutting unmanned factory.
