Aiming at the characteristics of stainless steel storage tanks and actual production conditions
a set of high-efficiency and high-quality DP-TIG welding technology solutions were proposed and corresponding research work was carried out. The results show that the DP-TIG welding technology increases the welding penetration through the arc perforation effect
realizes single-sided welding and double-sided forming
and the weld quality meets the requirements of industry standards. The ability to adapt to actual complex working conditions such as groove gap
angle and misalignment is strong. There is no groove required in welding process
less consumables and low production cost. The welding parameters are simple and easy to adjust
and the requirements of personnel operation skills are low. This technology has been successfully applied to stainless steel cryogenic storage tanks
medical equipment and other industries
