Aiming at the corrosion of the heat-affected zone(HAZ) of the weld of stainless steel close packed pipe joint
the test pieces are prepared with the same base metal
welding structure and welding procedure and are removed the oxide layer generated in the welding process by different surface treatment methods
and the simulated corrosion test is carried out to compare and observe the surface corrosion resistance status of the material surface after removing the oxide layer. The reason of rust in the heat-affected zone of the weld is determined by intergranular corrosion test
electrolytic corrosion test and metallographic microscope observation
and on this basis
the solution is put forward combining with the verification test.
