摘要

采用激光填丝焊与MIG焊焊接SUS301L不锈钢搭接角焊缝

对比了两种焊接方法的焊缝成形差别

并运用Simufact.Welding软件对两种焊接方法进行了焊接仿真。结果表明

计算得到的焊接熔池形状与实验结果基本吻合。对不同焊接方法下的温度场、应力场与变形进行了分析。激光填丝焊与MIG焊过程都属于快速加热与冷却过程

但MIG的热输入相对较大

冷却速度相对激光填丝焊较慢;两种焊接方法得到的焊缝热影响区处均存在较大的等效应力

焊后工件完全冷却后均发生变形

MIG焊变形量较大。

Abstract

Laser welding with filler wire and MIG welding are used for lap fillet weld of SUS301L stainless steel

and the differences of appearance of weld between these two welding methods are compared. The welding simulation of two welding methods is carried out by using Simufact. Welding software.The calculated molten pool shape is basically consistent with the experimental results. The temperature field

stress field and deformation under different welding methods are analyzed.Both laser welding and MIG welding are rapid heating and cooling processes

but the heat input of MIG welding is relatively large and the cooling rate is relatively slow comparing with laser welding. Larger effective stress exists in the heat affected zone of welds obtained by these two welding methods. The workpieces obtained by these two welding methods deform after complete cooling

and the deformation of MIG welding is large.
