摘要

采用自行研制的Cu基体药芯焊丝对Ti/X65层状复合板进行熔焊对接试验

焊丝中V粉的包覆率分别为15%、20%、25%。研究发现

V元素的加入可显著减少Ti-Cu金属间化合物的生成并进一步细化焊接接头显微组织

且V可与Ti形成连续固溶体

稀释了焊缝中的Ti元素。当V含量为25%时

焊接接头的抗拉强度和弯曲强度均达到最大值。从硬度方面分析

Cu药芯焊丝过渡层硬度较高

约为500 HV

Abstract

In this paper

the self-developed Cu based fluxcored wire is used for the fusion welding butt joint test of Ti/X65 layered composite plate

and the coverage of V powder in the welding wire is 15%

20% and 25%. The results show that the addition of V element can significantly reduce the formation of Ti-Cu intermetallic compound and further refine the microst-ructure of the welded joint

and V can form a continuous solid solution with Ti

diluting the Ti element in the weld. When the V content is 25%

the tensile strength and bending strength of the welded joint reach a maximum. From the aspect of hardness

the hardness of the transition layer of Cu flux-cored wire is about 500 HV
