摘要

从某大型开工炉项目建造中UNS N08800与A182 F11 CL.3异种钢焊接出现的问题入手

针对铁素体合金钢及铁镍合金材料焊接特性截然相反且焊后热处理状态要求不同的焊接特点和两种材料在设备中的结构特点

对两种材料钨极气体保护焊的工艺方法进行了探讨

制订了焊接及焊后热处理工艺

并进行焊接性能试验

根据试验结果制定了切合实际的工艺方案

明确了焊接过程中的质量控制要点

解决了施工难题。

Abstract

Starting with the welding problems of UNS N08800 and A182 F11 CL.3 dissimilar steels in the construction of a large start-up furnace project

aiming at the contra-dictory welding characteristics of ferritic alloy steel and iron nickel alloy materials and the structural characteristics of these two materials in the equipment

the tungsten gas shielded welding process methods of these two materials are discussed

the welding and post welding heat treatment processes are formulated

and the welding performance test is carried out.According to the test results

a practical process scheme is developed

the key points of quality control in the welding process are clarified

and the construction problems are solved.
