this paper summarizes and sorts out the application of data acquisition system in the field of welding from five aspects:the principle and technology used in data acquisition system
the management of welding process parameters
remote fault diagnosis and release of process parameters
welding database and welding quality prediction expert system
lean workshop operation management. The future development of this technology is prospected. At present
the data acquisition system mainly relies on computer technology
network technology and all kinds of sensors. Through realtime acquisition
monitoring and recording of the relevant information in the welding process
the welding process can be traced back. The recorded data can be analyzed and stored to provide firsthand data for the establishment of welding database. The comparative analysis of welding process data and post welding inspection data can provide data support for the establishment of welding quality expert prediction system.The system can also realize the remote diagnosis of equipment running fault and the remote release of process parameters.This system is helpful to realize the lean management of the workshop.
