network technology and all kinds of sensors. Through realtime acquisition

monitoring and recording of the relevant information in the welding process

the welding process can be traced back. The recorded data can be analyzed and stored to provide firsthand data for the establishment of welding database. The comparative analysis of welding process data and post welding inspection data can provide data support for the establishment of welding quality expert prediction system.The system can also realize the remote diagnosis of equipment running fault and the remote release of process parameters.This system is helpful to realize the lean management of the workshop. It can not only reduce the material loss and production cost
