Welding production is one of the most important technological means in the production of rail car bodies.Optimizing the car body production process,especially optimizing the compilation process of welding process documents,is an important way to improve the car body production efficiency and ensure the car body welding quality,and it is also an important research content of the car body welding process.During the production process of the rail vehicle body,the complex models and components and the different materials used will lead to the non-universality of rules,standards and knowledge.Multiple intelligent systems are often required to meet the needs of body production.This not only increases the development cost and workload,but also the switching of different systems will result in reduced work efficiency and poor interactivity.In response to the above problems,it is proposed to construct a variety of library operations,and to meet the production needs through the free switching and dynamic management of multiple libraries,reduce development costs,optimize user operability and improve actual production efficiency.
