摘要

对国内外海洋工程用焊材的研究进程和市场现状进行了分析介绍。主要阐述了海工钢焊缝金属和热影响区的组织特性

并从纯净化、合金化、细晶化和均质化四个方面对焊缝金属的韧化机制进行了讨论;介绍了特种低相变点焊材的开发和配套焊后处理方法的发展;最后指出了海洋工程用焊接材料的未来发展趋势。

Abstract

The research progress and market status of welding consumables for marine engineering at home and abroad were reviewed. The microstructure characteristics in weld metal and heat affected zone（HAZ） are described

and the toughening mechanism of weld metal is discussed from four aspects of cleanliness

alloying

refining and homogenizing. The development of special low phase transformation spot welding materials and the development of post welding treatment methods are also introduced. Finally

the development trend of welding materials for marine engineering is pointed out.
