摘要

着重讨论目前大型LNG储罐内罐9%Ni钢壁板立缝焊条电弧焊中存在的质量隐患、安全隐患及健康风险

通过分析和现场施工经验发现

造成这些隐患的原因在于焊接工艺可复制性差、焊工手工操作、碳弧气刨清根、大量打磨、监管不充分、高空作业难度大等

建议采用一种高效率的交流钨极氩弧自动焊工艺来代替传统焊条电弧焊

这种焊接工艺应具有焊接质量高、适应性强、清洁

且自动焊设备性价比高等特点。

Abstract

The quality

safety and health risks of 9% Ni steel vertical weld by shielded manual arc welding for large LNG tank are mainly discussed. Through analysis and field construction experience

it is found that the causes of these hidden dangers are poor replicability of welding procedure

manual operation of welder

carbon arc gouging back chipping

extensive grinding

inadequate supervision

difficulty of high altitude operation

etc. It is suggested that using an efficient automatic AC GTAW welding procedure to replace the traditional shield manual arc welding. This suggested welding procedure has the characteristics of high quality

strong adaptab-ility

cleanliness and high cost performance.
