介绍了一种用于装载机油箱角焊缝焊接的机器人系统

其具备电弧跟踪功能

分析了影响熔化极气体保护焊电弧跟踪效果的关键因素

在合理选择机器人焊接参数、角焊缝参数及工件外形尺寸参数条件下

实现了焊接机器人的稳定电弧跟踪焊接

获得了高质量的油箱角焊缝。这为焊接机器人在油箱生产中的应用提供了技术指导。

Abstract

The tank is one of the important structural components of loader. This article introduces a kind of welding robot system used for fillet weld of loader tank

which has arc tracking function. Analyze the key factors that affect the arc tracking effect of melting gas arc welding. Under the condition of reasonable selection of welding parameters

fillet weld parameters and workpiece dimension parameters

the welding robot can realize stable arc tracking welding

high quality tank fillet welds were obtained. This provides technical guidance for the application of welding robots in fuel tank production.
