This paper analyzes the typical welding technical problems in the design and construction process of VVER PWR nuclear power plant from China to Russia
and puts forward the process and measures to solve the problems of uncertain classification of materials supplied by Russia
materials supplied by China
materials and base metals from the third country
which cannot determine the welding process materials for evaluation. The process and measures for assessing problems
providing solutions and experience feedback for the treatment of defects in equipment and materials in the welding process in Russia
and suggestions for rectification of difficult construction techniques that lack welding processes and welding qualifications
and effectively implemented rectification methods can promote Sino-Russian technology conversion and the progress of project construction.
