综合介绍了放射性环境下实施一回路阀门整体自动切割和焊接更换技术的开发和应用

以及项目实施过程中的辐射防护手段和放射性粉尘处理方法。该套整体更换技术的成功研制和实施

为一回路重要设备采取保守维护策略提供了重要支持

同时也开拓了核电机组重要设备的维修及更换方法。

Abstract

The development and application of automatic cutting and welding technology for the overall replacement of valve in the primary circuit under radioactive environment are introduced

and the radiation protection measures and radioactive dust treatment during the project implementation are discussed.The development and implementation of this overall replacement technology provides great support for adopting conservative maintenance strategies for important nuclear-level equipment in the primary circuit

and exploits the maintenance and replacement methods for important equipment of nuclear power unit.
