The electron beam welding(EBW) joint of 10 mm thick titanium alloy TC4/Ti60 was studied by different heat treatment processes. The microstructure,microhardness and tensile properties of TC4/Ti60 joint after annealing and solution aging were compared and analyzed. The results show that after annealing,the microstructure and properties of TC4/Ti60 joint are similar to those of as welded joint;after solution aging,the microstructure of TC4/Ti60 joint is more uniform,the hardness and strength are slightly lower than that of annealed joint,but the plasticity is increased and the comprehensive properties are good.
