采用双钨极高效焊接方法在低合金钢表面堆焊不锈钢

详细分析焊缝稀释率、微观组织、异种金属过渡区Ⅱ型边界、马氏体带等现象

并检测了堆焊层化学成分、硬度、冲击、晶间腐蚀等性能。结果表明

随着热输入的增加

双钨极焊缝稀释率增加

微观组织晶粒尺寸增大

Ⅱ型边界迁移距离更远

马氏体带局部变长。当双钨极热输入控制在一定程度时

其硬度、化学、冲击、晶间腐蚀等焊缝性能与单钨极接近;但当双钨极热输入过高时

双钨极焊缝硬度、冲击等性能明显恶化。

Twin-electrode gas tungsten arc（TE-GTA）welding is applied to clad stainless steel on low alloy steel. The dilution rate

microstructure

type II boundary

martensite zone of the welds are analyzed. The chemical composition

hardness

impact and inter-granular corrosion of surfacing layer are tested. The results show that as the heat input increases

dilution rate and grain size increase

type II boundary migrates further

and the martensite zone grow larger. When the heat input is constrained

the mechanical performances of TE-GTA welds are similar to those of single GTA. But when the heat input is excessive

the weld performances obviously deteriorate.
