摘要

随着汽车尾气排放造成的大气污染越来越严重

国家推出了燃油车国六排放新标准。国六排放标准在尾气净化指标上较国五排放标准提高许多

因此国六后处理器产品的结构特点、机器人焊接生产线与国五相比很大的不同。与国五生产线相比也存在很大区别。主要阐述了商用车国六后处理器的产品特点、机器人焊接生产线组成、机器人焊接工作站的选型和特点、物流搬运设备的种类和特点、焊接检测设备的种类和特点

以期为商用车国六后处理器机器人焊接生产线规划提供一定的参考。

Abstract

With the air pollution caused by automobile exhaust is increasingly severe

the government plans to carry out G6 emission standards for fuel vehicles. Comparing with the previous G5 emission standards

the new G6 emission standards have a lot of improvement in exhaust purification index. Therefore

the structure characteristics of the G6 exhaust products are quite different from those of the G5 exhaust products. The robot welding exhaust production line of the G6 emission standards are also quite different from those of the G5 emission standards.The characteristics of the exhaust products

the composition of robot welding production line

the selection and characteristics of robot welding work station

and the types and characteristics of handling equipments and welding inspection equipments for G6 emission standards are expound to provide some reference for the planning of robot welding production line with commercial vehicle G6 emission standards.
