With the air pollution caused by automobile exhaust is increasingly severe,the government plans to carry out G6 emission standards for fuel vehicles. Comparing with the previous G5 emission standards,the new G6 emission standards have a lot of improvement in exhaust purification index. Therefore,the structure characteristics of the G6 exhaust products are quite different from those of the G5 exhaust products. The robot welding exhaust production line of the G6 emission standards are also quite different from those of the G5 emission standards.The characteristics of the exhaust products,the composition of robot welding production line,the selection and characteristics of robot welding work station,and the types and characteristics of handling equipments and welding inspection equipments for G6 emission standards are expound to provide some reference for the planning of robot welding production line with commercial vehicle G6 emission standards.
