摘要

核设备的焊接在核安全法规中有严格的监管要求

而设备母材热处理和焊缝相关热处理作为核设备制造中重要的一环

其监管力度却不如对焊接的监管严格。通过对比分析AP1000、华龙一号、国产压力容器以及火力发电厂焊接标准中关于焊接热处理的规定、热处理操作人员、热处理设备以及热处理资料归档等方面的内容

提出了完善焊接相关热处理制度的建议。同时

基于多年核设备焊接设计工作的总结

提出了核设备焊后热处理工艺控制的要点。

Abstract

For nuclear equipment

there are rigorous regulatory requirements to equipment welding in nuclear codes and standards

whereas

the requirement to post welding heat treatment of base metal and welding joints-an important part of equipment manufa-cturing cannot have the same rigidity as compared to welding. In this thesis

contents such as treatment requirement

operator

device and file documentation in post welding heat treatment regulations of AP1000

ACP1000 and China manufactured RPV will be compared

analyzed and proposal will be given intending to optimize the regulation related to post welding heat treatment. In addition to that

the author will summarize some focal points of qualification control in nuclear equipment post welding heat treatment based on his years of experience as nuclear equipment welding designer.
