摘要

研究粉末熔化的动态变化过程

对于各种针对粉末的先进激光加工制造技术的工艺改进与精确成形控制具有重要意义。搭建针对半导体激光熔覆工艺的高速摄像系统

拍摄固态粉末熔化、汇聚、熔合、铺展、成形的过程

归纳总结出完整成形过程包含的5个特征行为。从工艺参数对成形动态过程影响的角度揭示了工艺参数对各个特征行为下液态熔体的受力、受热、热传导形式以及熔覆层成形的影响规律

并解释了各种典型成形的形成机理。

Abstract

Research on the powder melting process is of crucial importance to the process optimization and formation control of laser processing and manufacturing technology.A high-speed camera system aiming at recording diode laser cladding process was established.With this system

the process of powder melting

gathering

fusing

spreading and forming was recorded

and five characteristic behaviors was concluded for a complete process.The characteristics of sufferance force

heat distribution and heat transfer during different periods for the melt was analyzed to explain the influence of different process parameters on forming process.The forming mechanism of some typical formation was also analyzed.
