摘要

某变电支架材质为Q235B钢管

为预防涡流现象和特殊性能的要求

需用紫铜进行填充焊接。钢与紫铜的焊接难度较大

焊接接头容易出现热裂纹和气孔缺陷

通过分析两者的焊接性和焊接过程中易出现的问题

确定采用手工钨极氩弧焊

制定合理的焊接工艺

包括控制焊接材料、焊接工艺措施、焊接工艺参数、焊接操作等方面

所获得的焊接接头满足质量和设计要求。

Abstract

A certain transformer support is made of Q235 B steel tube. In order to achieve the requirements of preventing eddy current phenomenon and special performance

it is necessary to use red copper for filling and welding. The welding of steel and copper is difficult

welded joint is prone to hot crack and porosity defect. By analyzing their weldabilities and welding process problems

it is decided to adopt the manual tungsten argon arc welding（GTAW）. By making a reasonable welding procedure

including the controls of welding materials control

welding procedure measures

welding parameters

welding operations

the welded joint obtained meets the requirements of quality and design.
